Mindconsole is a company with offices in Graz and Berlin that specialises in a wide range of areas. Projects include film production, 2D and 3D visualisation and the implementation of VR and AR applications. 
During the five months of my internship, I was responsible for the creation of several game assets and buildings for various VR applications and training simulations. I was responsible for modelling, UV unwrapping, texturing and game engine preparation. Other tasks included motion capture data cleaning, 3D scanning, video camera tracking and camera creation for promotional videos. 
The main tools I used were Blender, Adobe Substance Painter, Photoshop, PhotoCatch, MoveAi and Unity. 
Below you can see a few insights into my work there. 
Project 1.
In one of them was a space aquarium. For this aquarium, I was responsible for modelling, texturing, animating and implementing the fish in the game engine.

Project 2.
For another project, I was provided with motion capture data that needed to be cleaned up. The animation shows how to help an older person transfer to a wheelchair. To clean-up the data, I added an IK function to the existing rig. Later, the animation needed to be transferred to another rig. 

A pensioner's apartment was also created for this project. Several props had to be modelled and textured. For example, picture frames (with AI images), curtain textures, plates (wall decoration), towels, toilet seat lift, toilet paper holder, anti-slip mat, bathroom toiletries, etc.

Project 3. 
For another project, meat parts were 3D-scanned using the PhotoCatch application and later edited in Blender. The mesh had to be cleaned and partially reassembled as the top and bottom of an object were scanned separately. Then I re-meshed and textured it. The last step was to implement and assemble all the parts in Unity.

Side note: I personally think this project is a bit morally questionable, but I would like to highlight the workflow of the project.
